For deliveries to Doha, please allow 2–3 business days, and for deliveries to the rest of Qatar, please allow 3–7 business days, provided that the design file is clear, high-resolution, and fully ready for printing. We understand that our customers appreciate quick turnaround times, and we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on schedule.

Please note that the quality of the printing file plays a crucial role in meeting the delivery timeline:

• If the file is low-resolution, blurry, or not print-ready, we cannot proceed with production.

• Any delay in receiving a proper print-ready file will directly affect the delivery timeframe mentioned above.

If you need assistance preparing or fixing your artwork, our design team can support you with this service (chargeable). Once the design is completed and approved by the customer, the delivery time starts from the moment we receive the final design confirmation (pre-press approval).

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders above 500 QAR (within 10 km).

• 30 QAR delivery fee for orders within 10 km (below 500 QAR).

• 50 QAR delivery fee for orders outside 10 km.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available, and delivery charges depend on the location and weight of the order.
